Our Staff

All of the attorneys at Nelson | SMITH, LLP are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the preeminent immigration lawyers association in the United States.  All of our attorneys are licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Oregon and have experience representing clients before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.  Our attorneys are also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Oregon and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Partner Philip Smith is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
